Reciprocal Link Exchange Partners (Pg. 6)
Our growing list of link exchange partners and opportunities, page 6. Free link directories are becoming rare, almost a thing of the past. Some free web directories are now requiring a reciprocal link exchange or a paid fee for a listing. As free directories upgrade to paid or reciprocal required status, free one-way links are often being deleted or tagged with the "nofollow" attribute, making them worthless (search engines ignore links with the "nofollow" attribute). As more and more free web directories upgrade, the one constant is the reciprocal link which benefits both parties involved as long as the link exchange is done fairly.

Web resource directory which dreams of becoming the largest. Free listings are available, but the free listing submissions seem to be ignored from our experience.

Free reciprocal link exchange directory. Add your site.
Eezee Data Links Directory
Appears to require a reciprocal link, but listings are otherwise free.
eDirectories
A very nice web directory, well designed and easy to navigate. Free submissions are actually available, but they come with the "nofollow" attribute making them useless for building up your link presence in the web directories. That's why we classify it as a reciprocal link directory, but it is a good one.
MiriBlack Directory
Offers free and reciprocal link listings, but reciprocating is highly recommended. Free listings don't seem to show up without reciprocating a link back from the listed site. It's fair, though.
Dramba Directory
A well ranked general web directory offering free listings. Dramaba does not seem to approve listings without a reciprocal link, though.
eSearch Research Directory
eSearch Research directory is a quality human edited web directory with family friendly links organized according to a comprehensive keyword category directory arrangement. The directory boasts a quality databases with easy to use search functionality and an intuitive directory structure for easy browsing, not to mention its very low priced featured links. Free listings only require a reciprocal link exchange.
SEO Web Directory
Diroot Web Directory requires a reciprocal link exchange using the above link code, but it is free to join and submit your listing(s). Paid listing options are also available.

Level10s is a human edited website directory of qualified sites.

A reciprocal link exchange is required at this general subject web directory.
Ipsarion Weblinks Directory
Requires a reciprocal link exchange or payment for listing submission. Articles directory also available.
Web Directory Human Edited General Directory Free Add Sites
That's a mouthful, isn't it? By limiting to reciprocal and paid submissions they do tend to keep the crap sites out, though. However, it is ad supported.
